Is there anyone that is already in Canada and knows some good immigration lawyer to help with SP application?

Hi, Recently I had taken an appointment with Max Choudhury lawyers , regarding the procedural fairness letter I had received , I spoke to Mr Loughlin and the service was great , he gave All the required solutions to my problems, very helpful, very responsive ,even after your appointment there are follow up emails supported without any hassle, I liked the service they had provided, the only issue is that it's a bit expensive.

Lawyers are not cheap in Canada. I think $150/30 mins is not bad at all.

It's expensive because the information is freely available throughout internet and on this forum specially. Funny thing is, this forum is provided by an immigration lawyer for free.

There is difference between a legal advise/opinion provided by a qualified lawyer and free advise in forums.

I would trust @jigzyy over an general immigration lawyer. No one goes to law school and says 'I wanna be an immigration lawyer!'

I had some consultations and paid 100 CAD for 30 min. She was a licensed immigration consultant (with RCIC number). It was helpful especially giving her SOP letters. Forum is forum, but certified advice does have some weight. However, you still must double check everyone because “it is your application”

Emm, then I would try reaching out maybe your diaspora online. Facebook is a good place to start, and those guys might have better idea of someone who is good
