it boils down to move to other province and apply under their PNP or if u manage to find a skilled job in quebec(which i doubt one can find without french) then apply under federal programs like CEC etc

What about Saskatchewan guys ? Which province is easy for PR ? Saskatchewan was but not now

Never apply for Quebec because you will never get through it
