Hi,

I have few queries, can someone please ans ?

1. What should I ans to "Have you applied to Citizenship and Immigration Canada before?, Yes/No ?
I have been to Canada earlier on Business visa for short time and currently on work permit.

2. I am currently working on Work permit without LMIA. in the question, do you have valid job offer, should I ans, "No" as I am not getting any point for this ?

3. I have decline the ITA once due to some pending documents, now I am again updating my profile, for the question, have you applied to EE before, should I answer Yes or No. My file no is same since i didn't accept the invitation.

Answer Yes. It will prompt you for UCI, provide that.

2. I am currently working on Work permit without LMIA. in the question, do you have valid job offer, should I ans, "No" as I am not getting any point for this ?

Answer No.

Answer Yes. If it asks for the file number but doesn't accept the file number you provide, then answer No.

Please advice..

I got confused....

there is a question for EE profile - " have you applied to citizenship and immigration Canada before? "

I have visited canada for 5 days in 2015 ( visited visa)

but I haven't applied for immigration purposes before.... so what would be its answer -- yes or no ??

I dont see any UCI number on my visa page stamped on my passport

is it mandatory to fill that info on EE e- APR, or should i keep it blank if my answer is yes
