HI
I am looking to move my family over to Winnipeg, Manitoba. My dad and my half sisters and half brother live there. We are struggling to get accepted with visas as I don't have a "skill" although worked in customer services for over 20 years. My main question is that when I was a new born my mum and dad got permanent residency in Canada. My dad arrived first and as a baby i followed with my mum. I lived there for about 5 years and came back to the UK when my mum and dad split. On a recent visit to Canada I found out I was still classed as a permanent resident but had to denounce it as I had not lived there in so many years. Do anyone know if previous history counts for anything in helping me get back to Canada permanently
