HI

I am looking to move my family over to Winnipeg, Manitoba. My dad and my half sisters and half brother live there. We are struggling to get accepted with visas as I don't have a "skill" although worked in customer services for over 20 years. My main question is that when I was a new born my mum and dad got permanent residency in Canada. My dad arrived first and as a baby i followed with my mum. I lived there for about 5 years and came back to the UK when my mum and dad split. On a recent visit to Canada I found out I was still classed as a permanent resident but had to denounce it as I had not lived there in so many years. Do anyone know if previous history counts for anything in helping me get back to Canada permanently

No - unfortunately this history doesn't help you to get permanent residency again in any way.

You will need to qualify for PR through an economic stream like Express Entry just like any other applicant.
