Immigration fund/ which is better? Travellers checks/prepaid credit card?

I am preparing for my trip to Canada. I wonder if anybody could shed the light on
which is better to carry money? Travellers checks? Bankers draft? or Prepaid Credit
Cards? There will be also some cash.

TC and DD are good, some cash can also be in the pocket, pre paid credit cards in CAD are also ok, but carry statement of pre paid CC.
