Can anyone tell me which of the forms must be filled in with anything other than english? So far I think IMM 5406 requires both.
I am not sure about the others.

Thanks Steaky. The wife will be making the trip to Zhanjiang when I am back home. The office there is closed until Sept. 17, after mid-autumn festival. Too bad. I was hoping to bring back everything with me.
