immigration forms submission

hi all
i am applying for canadian immigration under FSW prog from Pakistan..is it ok if i send my my completed application forms to my sister who resides in canada and den she dispatch it to nova scotia from there???or is it obligatory to dispatch the forms from applicants own country??kindly pour in your suggestions

It does not matter from where the completed application originates from but it must get to CIC only my mail i.e. your sister can not deliver it to CIC in person. Also ensure that the envelop (where you put complete documents) is correctly labelled according to CIC specification.

My opinion is for you to go with the fastest and most cost effective method.

yes offcourse my sister will post it by mail..the reason being my wes report is going to be delivered on her address as i dont have much time and i have to submit my application before 31st dec...

Ok Samjam. Send the package your sister as soon as you can.

Your documents should be arranged according to the order you find them in the checklist. When all files are complete, the checklist should be placed on top of the other documents. Ensure your sister places your WES result (one original copy) in the right position.
