immigration for International Student studying from Canada

I am International Student and doing M.Sc. from Regina University of Saskatchewan, can I apply for immigration and PR to Manitoba or Alberta. pls let me know the procedure and for how long it will take.

Not yet, finish your studies, find a full time job related to your course, get a one year experienced and then you can appply permanent residence under Canadian Experienced Class.
