Hi I am high school teacher with experience of four years in teaching computer science and am 30 years old. How much and how long can it take me to immegrate to canada?

How much? Depends on the number of your family members for proof of funds, plus the application fees.

How long? Depends on if you have enough points to even be invited - age, education (Masters), language and skilled work experience. Your NOC is not elgibile for Provincial programs since it is a licensed profession. You may not have enough points.
