Immigration Attorney - FSW

Hello again!

I would like to start my FSW processing asap but due to my work schedule I do not have enough time during the week to make sure I submit my file in time. Can anyone suggest a good/reliable attorney or a law firm that I can use?

I'm using David Cohen too, and my experience has been generally positive, except #4 below:
1. The primary benefit is they usually know what CIC wants, and helped me avoid mistakes (even though I'm otherwise quite detail-oriented). They also have a quality control check at the end, where somebody other than your case manager will review again before submission.
2. For me the biggest advantage was they rejected the initial draft of my employment reference letter (for primary NOC). I thought it was a good letter, but when I compare it to the final version sent to CIC, it is a big improvement. This alone made hiring them worthwhile, in my case.
3. Don't assume that hiring a lawyer will save you a LOT of time. It will save you SOME time of course.
4. One thing I would caution one of their junior document specialists gave my poor advice on some form-filling. I was not convinced with this, and lost precious time arguing the situation. However, once escalated it to a supervisor, it was quickly and satisfactorily resolved.

David Cohen are very thorough and takes time to check all your documents before submission. They would also represent you at CIC if need be. Though I have not submitted yet (no thanks to ICAS), I am very impressed with their job. I am optimistic that I will not have any query on my documents when I submit.

I am a very busy person and would not have all the time to review the forms, hence, my choice for a consultant.

Can anyone share his/her experience with them here?

In that case try and use someone who is near by you , so that you can be in contact .
