When your case is taking longer than predicted and you want to know what's going on, you can order your notes to see what they are writing about you. If your case is on time, the notes will not be very interesting, basically stating that your file is being passed from one person to the other for different checks but if they have some doubts about something in your application, they will put a remark in there too.
