Immigrating with a Computer Science Degree

I was looking through the websites but did not find any province that allows people with a Computer Science or Software/IT background to apply. I did my Masters from US and I am now working in the US and want to apply for Canadian Immigration. Can anyone tell me which category do I fall into to apply?

As of now in the approved list .. noc 0213 need you to be a project manager. Search 0213 in the search field of this forum. You will get enough articles.

Candiur is right, you can only apply under 0213 if you are working in IT field

you will be eligible for noc 0213 but it depends on your job duties. if you do any managerial job in IT then definetely you'll be in NOC 0213.
I did MSc in computer science from INDIA and my file is being processing for migration

agree with satya, 0213 is not applicable to everyone in IT, only Managers. you might want to do some extensive research on this forum and elsewhere before applying. NOC 0213 seems to be getting scrutinized very heavily.

hi, can you please tell me that while sending initial application to CIO , job duties are mentioned only on Federal skilled form or we can extra page to describe job description in detail ?

Add additional pages and describe your duties in detail. Form itself does not have enough space .

You need management experience to qualify; you might have managed a project which involves financial and resource responsibilities. Check www.cic.gc.ca.
