Yes, there is almost a match falling under both NOC 31301 and 31302, but does not have a master's degree.
Without more than a bachelors degree you would never qualify for NOC for a nurse practionner. To my knowledge registered nurses don’t have prescribing rights in India for example, take on many of the responsibilities of a GP when GP is not available, etc. With only one year of experience it will be difficult to qualify for immigration. It will also be difficult to get licensed in Canada. After one year of nursing experience you are just getting your footing in a hospital. It will be very difficult to have the confidence and skills to get licensed in another country. You really need to have a few years of nursing so your are confident in your own skills and have perhaps had more experience in different areas of nursing. Having to prove yourself in new environment and health system that is already short staffed will be difficult so knowing what you are doing and being able to be left without much supervisions because you already have the skills will make the transition to Canada much easier for the nurse. Nurses aren’t always very nice especially if they are expected to train new nurses in addition to their own workload. Nurses eating their young is a saying for a reason. Sadly due to the current work stresses don’t see an improvement on the horizon.
