Immigrate to Alberta, I NEED HELP GUYS!!!!

HELP ME, i have an issue since some couple days me and my Gfriend think about it alot. My Girl-friend(love) is Canadian from Alberta,Edmonton and I am African living in India; we are planning to live together at Edmonton ,so we want to know how to proceded. I note she was with me during the entire month of December for the holidays of the end of 2010. And I am a recent graduate without Job, I have been through a lot canada immigration website but we don't know which way to follow, which way we fit ; So Guys i need help from each of you , who has been in the same situation or know a situation same like us or can help us by his Knowledge, THANK

if you are, if she's citizen or permanent resident of Canada, she can sponsor you, but you need to prove that your relationship is real ( like photos,mails,calls,ext.) ..
and how old are you? 19?
cuss you said " I am a recent graduate without Job " ?

Thank,We are not married , we are just in relationship since the last 6 month. I am 27 ,weird it's now i am getting graduate, isn'it?
She native canadian so citizen.
we kept all the mails, phone bills and time,photos, her fight ticket when she came visit me, everythings ....
what we are supposed to do now??/

Well, get a visit visa, go there, and marry her, then get back in India, and she will sponsor you ..it's quicker that way

or, she can sponsor you as boyfriend, but it will take much effort to prove that you are in relationship

i believe there is an application for Fiance visa, perhaps you could verify that one and see if you can marry her as you get here to Canada.

Fiance visa?! No, there is no such thing as " fiance visa " in Canada's family class sponsorship .. as I said, if you guys want to get marry, apply for visit visa, go there,marry her, get back in India, and she can start the procedure..

But yesterday i called her and we talked, so she said that she gonna search for a job for me there and then i could ask for a work permit and visa.
This way is it secure or ensure for me to immigrate??? knowing that i am new graduate with no experience

In the first we decided for that me to get there and marry her, but I think, it's not a easy way for me...
So now we decided that to get marry in India.
So what you guys think about that , two foreigners from differente countries get marriage in differente country....

it doesnt matter where you guys get married..as soon as she comes back to canada she should apply you to sponsorship your spouse. and try to check the other forum on this page

If you guys decided to get married in India do it right away and do the application. It is much faste if you apply outland and you have the right to appeal. Submit your first stage approval of the sponsor to CPC Missassauga and after her approval they will send your aplications to the visa office you requested for further processing. Make sure you keep all possible proof for your relationship. (emails, phone bills, pictures, visa, tickets, etc.)
