PR applications the "hardest hit"?! Now IF that is true, that to me is a PAFSO blunder. The way I see it is we (PR apps) represent the least bang for the governments buck! Tourists spend money, students spend LOTS of money. They should hit the government where it hurts the most.

True, but the feds expedited student visas online in late July to ensure the Universities have their payday while ignoring us.
