Click on that link which will open your profile, in which you can see one option called "Do you want monthly updates about your application?" which is true so every month you will get an email until application response.

Why do you wis to study in Canada in the program for which you have been accepted
What's your overall educational goals?
Why not pursuing similar program in your country of residence
What research have you done into studies in your country of residence
How will this program enhance your employment opportunities in your country of residence
