I see you have lots of views, but no responses. It may be that everyone is confused by your question. I know I am. What is an immigrant stamp in your passport?

When I was a student, I had a student visa stamp stating this year to this year. I understood that. Now as resident it only has 8 months or so ?

the validity is related to medical examination, it means your medical examination was done 4 months ago.

Do you mean you received the COPR and a visa? The visa is for your first entry. After that you will use your permanent resident card instead of a visa.
