I wouldn't say UK are against immigration! the reason for all the problems is poor immigration management or completely open borders, neither which Canada have, resulting in a successful and positive immigration which equals positive nation.

I have never been more positive and optimistic about the changes to International Students CRS. I really hope we get a reasonable increase in points which will be effective immediately and not in 1 year and the likes.

I hope so too! Any additional points awarded for Canadian education and/or work experience will definitely benefit students like us who are stuck in the 440s :D
