THANK YOU for being so detailed and helpful So much clarity and as I was reading, I assumed you get ITA and all based on the pools and draws which would take a while. Fortunately, I have most of the letters ready. The ONIP program is something I need to read more about. Does the responsibilities stated by the employer have to match as per the stated NOC Job responsibilities mentioned in CIC?
My pleasure! :) After all, all of us learnt through sharing of information.

Not necessary that all the roles and responsibilities should match. You can select the NOC which gives you the best match (60% to 80%). In fact, if you try to get a letter which matches the NOC word by word, it could lead to the Case Officer doubting the genuineness of the letter. So it is safe to have a match of 60% to 80%.

THANK YOU SO MUCH for clarification. Let me get moving with WES. Unfortunately, my PG Diploma credentials have a small issue. I studied in the campus of Dubai from SPJAIN COLLEGE but certificate is issued by both Dubai and Mumbai. And this has no affiliation to any university, not a part of autonomous college...will ECA still evaluate the points for this. Plus point is that this EMBA is accredited by Association of MBAs.
Which institution issued the certificate? Is it SP Jain?

SPJAIN and I have both SPJIIMR & SPJCGM (complicated issue by the college itself, change of management). They are looking into it and I have told them I need an easier process because SPJIIMR is not accredited under WES so how do I claim points on it, where as if from UAE lot less complicated.
Without PG accreditation, I don't meet the points requirement.
Can one apply just for FSW thru EE without PNP programme so we may get to choose our area of residence rather than being bound to a place?

Yes, in that case you should get an ITA directly. As per the last draw the cutoff CRS score for ITA was 457. You can find the update here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/mi/index.asp?expand=mi-pr-express#mi-pr-express

Required rank
'(2) Foreign nationals who, on January 27, 2016 at 13:44:40 UTC, have been assigned a total of 457 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014 and as amended from time to time, occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.'

Interesting, let me get moving with my papers, I have my IELTS ready, only awaiting WES which should take 3 weeks or less. I will check on the CRS system how many points do I receive without the MBA.
Thank you for the update. I would prefer an ITA for any place of choice so I can target better job opportunities and I am assuming also gives us time to relocate rather than thru EE where time to relocate is shorter.

All this ECA confusion is much lesser when you write country of education of UAE.

It's very different when you say U have done ur course from India.
