(UPDATE) So I tried to create a whole new file and it worked!
Several things I changed compare to the first failed attempt:
1. I put only my Master's Degree on and left my Bachelor's Degree out
2. Double checked on Primary NOC code. Not sure if I made a mistake on that part
3. Be super careful on spellings.

Thank you everyone for your help!

Hi Everyone,

Thanks in advance for your kind help! I'm using Apurvaagrawal9's post as a foundation to ask my question. Thanks Apurvaagrawal9!

So my profile becomes ineligible from Immigration immediately only minutes after submission. It mentions following 6 points for possible reasons of rejection.

- not having a valid language test,
- language test results that are more than two years old,
- a language test score that is too low,
- not having enough relevant work experience,
- not having the required education level,
- not having enough funds.

Though we have:
1. valid language test - IELTS score S-8, R-9, L -9, W- 7.5
2. Exam was given in March 2019
3. Score is considered among the best (as mentioned above)
4. work experience is 2 years outside Canada as a Investment Banking Analyst (NOC Code 1112)
5. Education is approved by WES for both my Masters Degree and Bachelor's Degree. The WES assessment was done on May 28 2019.
6. Funds we are bringing in are more than 100,000 Canadian dollars

We passed the 67 point for FSW:
1. First Language English CLB 9 IELTS (L9, R9, W7.5, S8, )= 24 points
2. Education masters degree verified by WES on my ECA = 23 points
3. Experience I year minimum NOC 1112 = 9 points
4. Age 18-35 = 12 points
5. Arranged Employment in Canada = 0 points
6. Adaptability = 5 points (Spouse IELTS above CLB4).
Total = 73

In addition, I am 28 and my husband is also 28 years old. Both of us are from China but currently residing in the US.

Some problems I have thought of:
1. Put in 40 hours per week for work
2. For degrees, I put in both Master's and Bachelor's with the same WES cert number. Not sure if that would be a problem.

Really can't think of anything else. Any help/suggestion/advice is greatly appreciated.

I had the same issue when I initially filled the Express Entry application the first couple times... I am not sure but I think it can be due to a Typo or something being filled wrongly.

I asked a friend who did their application successfully to try mine and see if they will get the same problem, they didn’t.. and I had a successful EE Application. I am not sure what I was doing wrong. But it had to be a simple error when entering the information.
