immediate accommodation after arrival

I got no off or on campus accommodation at arrival and hotels are expensive ....plzz help

Try a hostel rather than a hotel for short term accommodations.

Every college/University has a Student Welcome Centre to cater to the needs of the incoming International Students. Contact them on arrival. Infact, you could before you depart from here. Temporarily they'll arrange to accommodate you. But do be prepared to stay in a hotel for 2-3 days until you hear from them. Alternatively, search if your college/Univ has any group on fb. That's how I found a place.
