IMM5710 questions : Removing the conditions of my open work permit

Hi there,

I have applied for spousal sponsorship PR with OWP. I have received my work permit but it has certain conditions attached which i need removed: not authorized to work in childcare, primary/secondary school teachings, health service field occupation.

I have just completed the medical and am filling in the IMM5710 form (Application to Change Conditions or Extend Your Stay in Canada)

My question is, what do I tick for Question 3?

Check the appropriate box or boxes to indicate if you are applying for:

• A work permit with the same employer
• An initial work permit or a work permit with a new employer
• Restoration of your status as a worker
• An initial or an extension of a temporary resident permit

hi, i am with same situation as yours, i need tore apply to remove the condition on my working permit. But, i dont know how to apply online, can you please tell me how did you do it? Iv done my medical and everything, only waiting to submit online.

Hello, I have the same situation.
Can you please help in case you applied and got the new work permit without any condition ?

What should I select in what type of work permit you’re applying for?
If I select other, I need to enter all other details, such as name of the employer, duration of the employment etc. but the thing is I’m applying for an open work permit, not closed work permit
