IMM5709 Trouble

Hey everyone I am trying to extend my study permit as it expires soon and one of the form that I have to fill in is the IMM5709 I filled the form in correctly but once I try to upload the document an error message pops up and state this document is no longer accepted. Is anyone else having this trouble, I require urgent help as I am running out of time. Thanks in advance

 

[Learned from my mistakes]

Steps required to upload the form:-

1. Download the form on your laptop/ desktop
2. If unable to download, use internet explorer (search for IE in your search bar)
   1. not edge/ not chrome/ not firefox
3. Fill the form
4. Validate the form
5. Fix the form
6. Once validated additional page with bar code will appear
7. Save the form
8. Go to page where Signature and date are needed
   1. Simply type in name for signature edit box
   2. Enter the date
9. Save the form
10. Upload the form

Most of the users get confused in step 8 where application asks you to print the form and sign it. That step is slightly misguiding and is for applicants who are filing manually. For online applications, you can follow the steps listed above and it should work.
