IMM5669 WON'T VALIDATE. HELP REQUIRED!

Helping my partner fill out his Schedule A - Background Declaration and I've tried multiple times to fill out the 11-2018 version of IMM5669. Every time I get a validation error stating

"Review the Personal History section, it seems like some information is missing.
· Enter the most recent information first.
· Don’t leave any gaps in time."

I think I've covered everything, and haven't left gaps.

I'll attach the dates below and hopefully someone who is much smarter than I can point me in the right direction.

Again, any help would be appreciated as I'm anxious to get all of this information compiled for submission.

From what I can see, you have not accounted for your activities in the month of August 2012, August 2011, August 2010 and August 2009. Also, it looks like some information is missing in the fields 'city/town' and 'name of employer', however I am guessing you may have simply 'whited out' those sections for privacy reasons before copying it here. I'm not sure why 2018 is highlighted in red as there doesn't seem to be any discrepancy or gap in that particular part.

I guess I have to add a 'summer holiday' section between those dates as those would be the gaps, but no matter what I do, the 2018 highlighted in red doesn't want to seem to go away. :/

Go over ALL the dates again. Maybe its just the way you posted it but if thats your forms that no good. I found few discrepancies which is most probably the reason for your problem.
And yes make sure there are absolutely no gaps. not even one month.

So it validated with some changes to the student years and the removal of work done.

I'm a bit confused as this would mean removing work done as it's part of the personal history and also travel history too. Does anyone know how IRCC looks at this 'cause I would be a shame to have to fill this out all over again later down the line.

p.s. Thanks to everyone who has left a comment, it is truly appreciated.

It looks like you are now combining the first four entries of your original post into a single block of time covering the period 2018-02 until the present, with status listed as Visitor. But in the second original entry (2018-07 to 2018-11) and also fourth original entry (2018-01 to 2018-04) it is not clear whether your partner was a Visitor in Canada or in another country because that information is not visible to us. Also, wherever he was during those periods, it appears he was visiting other people rather than staying with you (unless perhaps he was travelling with you to visit other people). Since it is important to convince IRCC that the relationship is genuine, you want to avoid any inconsistencies about the amount of time spent together, which you and him have likely written about elsewhere in the sponsorship application. So I would suggest breaking it down like you did before, to be on the safe side. Hopefully you won't get another error message. If necessary, you could attach a letter clarifying what your partner was doing and where he was during those two periods (2018-07 to 2018-11 and 2018-01 to 2018-04). Good luck!

If anyone has a way of helping me fill out this form without having to sacrifice giving IRCC information that would be great.
