Hi there!
I am reading mixed responses online, and I was wondering whether somebody could shed some light on my specific case. I am applying for PR through the Spousal Outland channel. The question asks:
Based on this, should I answer Yes or No to the question mentioned above?
My only concern if I answer yes, is that we got married very shortly after my Express Entry application was refused. So I don't want to raise doubts about the legitimacy of our marriage (it is a real marriage anyway, but just in case they get extra picky!).
Thanks!
I am reading mixed responses online, and I was wondering whether somebody could shed some light on my specific case. I am applying for PR through the Spousal Outland channel. The question asks:
Prior to this spousal application, I did apply for Express Entry (FSW), but my profile was found ineligible right away (I believe it was the system itself, and not a human, who refused my application). This was because I did not meet the minimum criteria (1 year of continuous work in my primary occupation). The status says 'Profile ineligible'.4. been refused refugee status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de Sélection du Québec [CSQ] or application to the Provincial Nominee Program) or a visitor or temporary resident visa, for Canada or any other country or territory?
Based on this, should I answer Yes or No to the question mentioned above?
