My wife is PA filling out the forms and we are stuck on this question because of our background...
Have you or, any of your family members listed in this application, ever:
4. been refused refugee status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de Sélection du Québec [CSQ]or application to the Provincial Nominee Program) or a visitor or temporary resident visa, for Canada or any other country or territory?
So, here is the story - a few years ago, my paper-based PNP PR application (with my wife and child as dependents) was refused by IRCC because my nomination was canceled during the processing. Then few years later I was applying for PR alone through EE, I answered the question above with ''YES'' and explained that refusal in the past.
So now my wife is filling out the forms and should she answer ''YES'' and explain again the reason for that refusal, that she was included as a dependent in that application of her husband (Sponsor)?
