I know this question been asked a lot. but here we go

My wife been in Canada for 1 year. During her visitor trip in Canada we went to USA 2 times for like 4 days.
I really have to write everytime she leave country?
So it's like trip within a trip let's say she was in Canada Jan 2016 to Jan 2017

Should i write like
Canada Jan 2016 to Jan 2017
Boston 10 April 2016 to 14 April 2016
New York 20 March 2016 to 24 March 2016

or like
Canada 14 April 2016 to Jan 2017
Boston 10 April to 14 April
Canada 24 March to 10 April
New York 20 March to 24 March
Canada Jan 2016 to 20 March

I must had the new Form 5533 ask for Stamps photocopy or passport only about Canada exit or entrance.
If she went travel in china few days in 2008, i think they don't care much

I'm doing exhaustive list of every 4 days travel for Personal History... My wife did like 13 short travel in 10 years.

When it come to Activity Type ( Employement, Educational Activity, Incarcerated, Unemployed, Homemark, Retired, Other )

I think it's weird to write like ( exemple)

2012-02 to 2013-12 Employement Work at Google
2012-02 to 2012-02 Unemployed 4 day trip to north korea
2010-02 to 2012-07 Employement Work at Google

I'm planing to write Main History on the actual form and exhaustive history on a Excel sheet... Make sense?

The Example in the guide, there is no short trip. See Guide

Yeah, that makes sense.

Did your wife actually go to North Korea or was that a random example? Just curious.

My partner's history was like that as well, with a table taking up an entire extra page because of travels.

You can write something like "traveller" or "holidaying" instead of unemployed, as she wasn't actually unemployed during her vacations.
