6. ask for personal History for the past 10 years

Im sponsoring my long time girlfriend through common law.

she has never had a job, never worked. she hasn't been in school the past 10 years, or traveling.
She has pretty much been a stay at home girlfriend/house wife

how should we answer this part properly?

For question six, you can choose the following activities:

• Employment
• Educational activity
• Incarcerated
• Unemployed
• Homemaker
• Retired
• Other

If she was in her home country and unemployed, choose unemployed. Small trips on vacation don't mean changing address, but if she was like living in Vietnam for six months, choose "other" and explain what was going on.

If she was unemployed for 10 years and only briefly travelled out of her home country, just choose 2010-2020 - Unemployed.

Was going to write homemaker 2020-2013 , unemployed 2013-2010

but what about job title, city and town?
we moved to many different condo's in this time

If you are a homemaker and unemployed, you have no job title. You need to reflect where it was by city or town.
