IMM5669 - Personal History

From reading the posts, it seems like applicants are receiving email form CIC asking for Personal History since 18 years old, not the most recent 10 years as indicated on the form. Is this everyone's experience? If Personal History since 18 is what CIC wanted, why don't they just modify the form.

We are 60 plus, asking my spouse to list all the address that for the past 40+ years is a hurricane task.

Hong Kong and Paris for sure.

Haven't seen people from other VO's posting about it.

My wife's VO is Singapore, I haven't seen anyone asked for updated forms for this reason.

I wonder why these two VOs change the requirement, I would have thought that CIC has uniform policy. This change is unfair to applicant assigned to these two VOs.
