IMM5669 Field of Study on Education section

Sorry for Asking a dumb question.
What would one need to fill in the field of Study for 10th grade and 12 grade since we do it in multiple subjects .
For example Grade 10 has English/Maths/Science/Social Science where as 12th Grade has English, Physics/Maths etc.

Pls help.

I'm not from India but for the equivalent in the uk I wrote general studies.

You can write Science (As in India mostly there are two streams for secondary studies; Science and Arts)

For 10th general and for 12th science/arts/commerce etc....is it ok if I sm wrong
