IMM5669-8. Personal History and 7. Educaiton

Hello, I would like to ask some questions..

I have visited the US on Dec. 23. 2016 from Calgary. I had to just change my visa type from visitor to Student permit. So, One hour after I landed in the US, I took a flight to come back to Calgary. I did not meet US immigration officer. Therefore, I don't have the stamp of entry of the US on my passport. In this case, do I have to put this travel in the personal history? Does this mean I visited the US? I am confused.

and, I visited more than 10 countries in the past 10 years, how can I list all the countries, because there are only 4 rows.

For 7. Education, my school name is too long to fit in the row.. In this case, what should i do??

You can mention it in the Letter of Explanation. For your school name you can shorten it..

I had board exams (by state GOV) for 10th and 12th. Should I mention the name of the board who issue the result or should I mention the school name only?

U can mentiin the school name and mention matriculation for 10th and higher secondary for 12th as mnetioned in ur marksheet

If I do not mention about 11th std then it will have 1 year gap. will be understood accordingly that person can only go to 12th after passing 11th?

1990-06 to 1998-05 / school name /Primary school -this covered from 1st to 8th std
1998-06 to 2000-05/ school name / Secondary/Matriculation - this covered 9th and 10th std
2000-06 to 2002-05/ school name/ Higher secondary school - this covered 11th and 12th std
Field of study u can mention as general
