Since I got PNP, I've filled out the forms to be submitted to the federal government.
Before I came to Canada as a student, I was refused once for study permit when applying in my country.
Because they thought I have not enough reason for studying here.
However, I reapplied for study permit with an additional document and I finally obtained study permit.
the qeustion is
6. Have you, or, if you are the principal applicant, any of your family memebers
listed in your application for permanent residence in Canada, ever:
d) been refused refugee status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de selection du
Quebec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial Nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to
Canada or any other country?
I don't know whether I should check "Yes" or "No" because student visa or study permit is not mentioned in the question.
In this case, should I check "Yes" for d) in 6?
