IMM5669, “Level of Education” vs “Certificate and diploma issued”

We are filling in IMM5669 Education History. We are not sure what’s the difference between “Level of Education” vs “Certificate and diploma issued”.

Can you please let us know and even better give us an examples?

I would also like more details on this. Also, there's a section that asks how many years at this level and I want to know if you can include years of eduction even if you never completed the program or received a diploma/certificate? For example, I did 3 years of University but never graduated with a diploma.

@CanUK333 @irafikov Can someone please confirm what is the number of years that goes into each of the boxes? I'm from India, I've done my schooling + 3 years bachelors + 2 years diploma (completed in 4 years)
