Hi everyone, please help me to solve my problem.
My daughter who is under 18 is scheduled to study in Canada April 2018 and applying student permit online from Japan. We try to upload all documents required and we came to have a problem that there is no space available to upload Form IMM5646 Gustodian declaration. Why IMM5646 is not appear in document checklist? Can we upload the IMM5646 form together the birth certificate in the birth certificate document checklist column ? Please advise and I appreciate your help
