While filling the IMM5645E form I was unable to enter the details in native language. Using google translator also did not work. So I submitted the online form in English. Is that OK?

Yes, but also you should have added to your explanation letter the issue and attached the needed information.

If you are sending Online application, no need to enter details in native language

I have also applied my parents visa last month and its been approved now. I filled the form in English and print out for my parents signature. Type the name in native language under the english names in the same box and scanned the forms and uploaded. This way you have every requirement fulfilled and no need for explanations.
