IMM5604 clarification

Hi @canuck_in_uk , I am a single mom who has applied for custody of my daughter from court here in India. I will be getting the paper very soon.

My question is ,

1. If my ex is given visitation rights, should I still get IMM5604 signed from him?

2. Does 'full legal custody' means no visitation rights for my ex. Please clarify.

I am the full custodian of my daughter. Previously, In 2019, I, submitted IMM 5604 when we are not divorced. Recently, IRCC wants a IMM 5604 and custody order.. After a cordial request, Today my ex send me the IMM 5604. But, the notarized signature and seal was not in the mentioned area. Does, it create any problem? I am confused.
