Dear Guys,

I am trying to fill the form but I am a little confused. My travel history is as follows:

1. Traveled from Delhi, India to Toronto, Canada on Aug 29, 2015 & landing on Aug 30, 2015 (on a study permit)
2. Traveled from Toronto, Canada to London, England for a duration of 16 days dated Feb 24, 2016 to Mar 11, 2016 (for Vacation)
   
3. Staying in Toronto, Canada since then first on a study permit and currently on a PGWP.

Please advise on filing the form as I am confused if I have to include my travel from India to Canada and then reentry to Canada from london and if yes what will be the ending date and length of days for each column.

Would request one and all to please advise.
