IMM5562- fillable version?

Hey Guys-

I am not the most clever person when it comes to computer & PDFs.

All the other forms for the CEC are fillable. For some reason I can't type into the IMM5562 form. Am I being dumb or do you have to print this one and fill it in by hand?

Any advice would be great- thanks

Hi Paul,

Click on 'Sign' option on top right hand side on 5562.pdf -> then select 'Add text' option -> Place/click the cursor in the desired fields/boxes -> it will now let you add text/numbers. ( Same process for Windows or Mac). This is the only option (not great though) to get through this form. ( As far as I know)
