IMM5562 and passport stamps

Hi all

We are almost done and now (I know, my own fault) I see the last form IMM5562 (nicely hidden in the guide for some reason). A search on the froums didn't reveal much, but people keep talking about passport stamps?

I/We have travelled lots the last ten years so I guess we have to include all these trips? In the guide it says that you should only include the following pages from the passport "Include only copies of pages showing the passport number, date of issue and expiration, your photo, name, surname (family name), date and place of birth", so why does passport stamps matter?

Besides lot's of my trips are in Europe where you don't get stamped.

Any advise on how to fill this last form out would be great.

I think it would be helpful if you tell us which country the applicant is from, and what the title is of the form you have questions about, not just the IMM#. I for one, don't remember all the numbers of the forms (I know them as their form name), and some countries have different forms for applicants, so some people may not even have experience with the form you are asking about. Also, remember it can take more than 1 hour for someone who knows what you are asking about to come by and answer your question. a majority of posters are not able to check in all day, every day.

You're right. We just really wanted to finish it today so I got a bit impatient

The from is called IMM5562 "SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION - Your travels". It's a from where you have to list all your travels the last ten years.

My wife is Canadian and sponsoring me, I'm Danish. We live in Denmark.

Please check on that form - you only have to fill it in if applying through the Paris office - that's how I read it
