My husband is self employed so it should be Yes?

Qtn 7. Starting with your current employer, if applicable, give details of all employers you worked for over the past 5 years?
Do we still have to list for self employed? I would think so but what about Monthly salary/income? He does not give himself a salary, should I leave blank.. do I need to add a sheet to explain?

I would say 'yes' and give his details just like he was the employer. Just use whatever income he takes. I would explain the situation on a separate sheet of paper.
