Hello.

Pretty awesome site and community. Love how everyone comes together to help each other out here.

Little background. I am a Canadian citizen. Wife is American and we have a child together who's Canadian (18 months old).

Wife has been coming to Canada and staying with me for no more than 6 months. Couple months then she goes back to the US for a few weeks and then comes back to Canada and has been doing this since Feb. 2016. She's also currently in Canada living with me and our daughter.

In regards to Part C, question 3 "Are you living together now?" since I am applying for out of country do I select yes or no?

also, Part C, question 11. Is it not wise to leave this blank? They already have information supporting the marriage. Or do I fill it out and just talk about how we met, had a kid, looking to expand the family etc..

Thanks!

You could put a yes there, or a no, it would not matter much, although putting a yes there would seem more logical. However, it would be better if, whatever you choose to mark there, yes or no, you explain the situation. It is pretty easy to explain so don't worry about it. You can even explain that on question 11. Or you can write it down on a separate paper sheet.

Even if you are applying outland, you can still select "yes" :) And in this situation I would say that is the more accurate answer.

For the other question, many people choose to write a little bit about how their relationship started and progressed, etc - a relationship "timeline" or "story" basically.
