IMM5532 part c question 3 and 4

Hi, i am filling forms for my husband's sponsorship. My husband is in Pakistan and i am in Canada and i am living with my parents.
For question 3 we are not currently living together. and the question 3 asks if you are living with someone else, include their name and relationship in the explanation?
do i have to include name of my parents and siblings as i am living with them?

For question 4, the only time we visited each other, when i went back home ( Pakistan) to get married and after the wedding we lived together for couple of months.
so i would say YES, we have visited each other? and then do i need to explain that we visited each other only once?

i have another question about imm5532 for question 11, is there more information you wish to share to support your relationship?
so That's where i list all the proofs i will be including with my application.
e.g., photos of our wedding/engagement
or copy of our airline ticket to show we travelled together
or documents showing gifts/money transer?

No, the proofs should be included in the order they are listed on the checklist, not as the answer to that question.
