I'm the PA and I have an aunt and 2 cousins who are Canadian citizens. Between the cousins they have 7 children so do I include them as well? Half of them now live in the states but maintain dual citizenship as canadian/American.

Also, one of my cousins children is Transgender and is currently legally changing her name so does it make a difference if I put her current name or birth name? I'm sure that rarely comes up as an issue on these forms

That is what I would do. It says something like 'Aunts, Uncles, Cousins etc.' Nowhere can I see where they define what 'etc. means, so I think it is safe to assume it is all blood or marriage relatives. In any event, they certainly won't reject your application either way, so go for the long list IMHO!

Marriage relatives?! my wife has an extremely large family I was just going to put blood relatives since I have quite a few in canada
