Hi all,

Firstly big thank for people who answer my question.
I am a Canadian citizen, spnsoring my wife to Canada. My child will be born in end of July. So for form 5481, am I just write 1 for myself and 1 for my wife (currently undertaking)?

Correct. Do not include the unborn child on application yet. Note that your wife will need to skip the x-ray part of medicals since its not recommended to do while pregnant. So you can submit your application, but during stage 2 it will basically go "on-hold" until your baby is born and wife can do x-ray to complete medicals.
In your case 1 of 2 things will happen.
1. If your baby will be automatic Canadian citizen, then doesn't need to be added to application after birth. File would be complete after x-rays
2. If baby will not be a citizen, then you would need to update your application to add baby as another dependent after their birth to sponsor as PR
