IMM5481: The instructions do not match at all with my form, do I have a differen

Hi everyone, I am confused, again. I was just reading once more the guide to each form, and I don´t understand the guide to form IMM 5481, It does not at all match with my form, do I have a different one? F.e. there is instructions to
1A) Check the box to indicate if you have jointly signed a residential lease, mortgage or purchase agreement relating to a residence in which you both live.
1B)Check the box to indicate if you have jointly owned property other than your residence.
1C)Check the box to indicate if you have joint bank, trust credit union or charge card accounts.

In my IMM5481 form, there is no 1A), 1B), 1C). Couls someone help please? Thanks.

yes steaky, if you scroll down to the IMM5481 instructions, something else is written there. Anyways, I find the instructions sometimes very unclear, or maybe I am unable to understand them correctly.

I'm wondering maybe CIC made some mistakes on the guide since they started using "new app".....it looks totally mess up :

Yes, there is a mistake in the instructions on the webpage: Instructions on how to fill IMM 5481 are missing! Instead, they jumped to Instructions for form IMM 5409, "Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union".

I dont trust those instructions so I recommend to download the PDF guide instead: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/3900E.pdf, same for the Immigration guide: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/3999E.pdf

Thanks so much Aneyshar, I didn´t realize there was such a difference betwenn the "normal" guide and the pdf guide.

The thing is that there should be NO difference in either format but, for whatever reasons, the maintainers of the website seem to put more effort on the pdf versions, those are more polished and accurate. That's why I trust them more, besides they are easier to read, can be printed in a nice output, transported in a memory stick, etc.
