5a) If you are only sponsoring your spouse and he/she has no children then enter "1"
5b) If you have not sponsored anyone in the past that has a valid undertaking in effect or not yet in effect, have not co-signed an undertaking that is still in or not yet in effect, and are not currently sponsoring anyone else the answer for all questions is "0"
6a) Since you are sponsoring your spouse and they are included above enter "0"
6b) If you have any children that are financially dependent on you enter them here.
7) Add the total from 4,5,6 and enter it here.
