Both sponsor and primary applicant has the IMM5476e to fill out for use of representative.
And the primary applicant has the IMM0008depenu to fill out for additional dependants/ declaration form.
We will not be using a representative to do the application. Do I still include this form with the application but just write in N/A into all boxes? or don't include this form at all?
Also we don't have any dependants, same question with including this form but write in N/A into boxes or don't include form at all?
