We are going to be completing our own PR forms. We will not be using a representative, so what would we do when we come to this part of the form? Just leave it blank? Or should we just fill in our personal info, like we are appointing ourselves? THANKS :)

You do nothing on the form if you will not be using a representative.

If you're not using a represenatative and have used your own respectives addresses (Applicant has used applicant's address, sponsor has used sponsor's address)
then you don't need to submit this form. The checklist says its NOT MANDATORY. See number 9 on the check list.
 
If I'm adding myself as representative for my mother-in-law's Visitor visa, whose signature should I get under "Signature of spouse or common-law partner for sponsorship application (Section D)?
