IMM5475E - How to fill the Visa Office?

Hello!

I included my common-law parter as designated individual in my PR application. Not a smart move, now I know. :/

Thus, I got request for IMM 5475 E document, and I am trying to fill it in a proper way, and I have 7 days - until the 25th of September 2017.

However, since I submitted my PR application online through express entry. I am wondering what could be correct answers for question 3 of the form as below :

Any advice?

Hello! Sorry for the late reply. I wrote “ONLINE” on the form, where they ask which visa office is processing the application.

Did they accept 'Online' as the visa office. Is there any query after that?
