I included my spouse as designated individual in my PR application.

I got request for IMM 5475 E document, and i am filling it currently. I submitted my PR application online through express entry.

I am wondering what could be correct answers for section 3 questions as below :

3) If you have already submitted your application :

Name of the office where the application submitted :

Location of Office :



Can I mention " Online - My CIC Account " for the above two questions ? Any expert advice please .... :'(

For the questions above you have to respond with your Visa Office location

How can I know which is my Visa Office Location ? Is it get updated in online application anywhere after submission ? Please confirm.

Hello,

Did you end up getting a reply from CIC in regards to your visa office and the name of the office? They recently requested the same form and I dont know the name as well as the location of the office.

I sent an email yesterday and got an auto reply that they will respond in 20 working days.

The link sent above mentions the guy got a reply in 30 days.

Well they gave me only a week to upload the document so I think im just gonna write down Sydney, Nova Scotia for the location of the office and the name, since all EE apps go through them first. I don't think it'll be that big of a deal if it's wrong.

WAIT A SECOND! I just got a reply from them, and I emailed them less than two hours. WOW they are fast!

I dont have a UCI. I have the EE profile number which I have mentioned along with my name, date of birth and stream.
